My consulting and speaking business is a dream come true. I get to take all my experience, knowledge, and abilities to give you better tools to make better decisions.

I have had the responsibility of making countless vital decisions as a C.E.O and as a C-level executive. I remember the sheer burden of responsibility and the drive to make sure I make the best decision. I also carry with pride the scars of my mistakes and the lessons I have learned from them.

After a successful career, I decided to make a sharp turn and join my country's service. I spent ten years in one of Israel's security organizations (proudly known as one of the best in the world). I encountered an even higher level of uncertainty and situations when you can't make a mistake.

I also cooperated and worked with the smartest people In my country and other countries, learning every day about strategy, decision making, and how to make things happen.

These days I am combining the experience with a deep and thorough academic background. I am studying and conducting my research as a Ph.D. student at Tel-Aviv university faculty of management. I am focusing my research in the field of economic behavior and decision making strategies

I live in a peaceful place in the north of Israel with my wife and three amazing children. The oldest (12) already announced that he is joining me as a partner.

My friends know me as an avid sports fan. As such, I know that sometimes the difference between winning it all or staying with nothing is one better decision than your opponent. It's one crucial pass or shot that makes all the difference.
